Peristaltic Hose Pumps

Listed below are optional component configurations that can be used to enhance the operation of the Verderflex peristaltic hose pump.

Duplex Units

Optional duplex units can be used to increase the flow rate per pump unit and decrease the rate of pulsation.

Surface Finish & Coatings

To enhance standard surface finish or for hygiene purposes, the pump and rotors may be coated.

Stainless Steel Option

Stainless steel rotor shoes, base plates and fasteners are available. Stainless steel flanges.

Housing Material

Aluminum housing and rotor for the mini pumps are avilable.

Pulsation Dampeners

The use of pulsation dampeners can reduce wear and enhance operation.

Connections

Sanitary connections are available.

Hose Leakage Detector

In the event of hose failure, the leakage detector can alert an operator to the problem.
