For the preparation of melamine resin acids, lye, pigments and hardeners are mixed in relative proportions, as needed for the composite of the resin.
Each Verderair double diaphragm pump pumps one of the ingredients to a balance. The balances each give a start / stop signal to the air operated pumps. In this way the exactly needed quantity is being dosed.
Melamine resin or melamine formaldehyde is a polymere that is a hard, thermosetting plastic material made from melamine and formaldehyde.
